Standard Delivery

Our courier partner will deliver your order to the shipping address that you indicate during checkout. You will be provided with the tracking number as soon as received by our courier partner.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of domestic orders, depending on the selected shipping method. 

Kindly note that delivery dates can vary, especially during Holidays or unprecedented conditions.
However, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment of your order so that you can track it easily.

Free delivery is available for any orders over 200€.

Delivery with assigned courier

If you would like to have your order delivered with a courier service of your preference, please select “Pick Up from Store” and add a note on your order or contact us directly at orders@andreadinikoletta.com.

Pick Up from Store

The first stop of your order before reaching you, is of course our store in the heart of Athens, in 10 Panepistimiou str.

Picking up from store is free of charge. Simply select the option upon check out. You can check opening hours by contacting us directly at orders@andreadinikoletta.com.

International Delivery

Delivery of international orders can take from 3 days to as long as 2-3 weeks, depending on the selected shipping method.

Keep in mind that delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the country’s postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. Our shop is not responsible for paying these charges.

All of our products are custom-made, therefore cannot be refunded.

However, in case a product is defective or the garment size is wrong, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a replacement.

Items must be returned in pristine condition with their original packaging, including boxes and receipts. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
